A relaxed lifestyle wedding in the mountains.

I’ll be honest, weddings are typically out of my wheelhouse, at least for now. It’s not that I don’t want to, it’s just not the right time for me. My kids are at a stage where I am still home with them most of the time, and I just don’t have the capacity to take on huge events at this point in life. But every now and then a friend makes an offer that I just can’t refuse. For this one, I’m so grateful to have been a part of it.

We used the opportunity to relax as a family and enjoy a nice weekend away in the mountains. I mean, just check out the view. It’s a photographer’s dream. We were immediately welcomed into a tribe of wonderfully hospitable folks that were there and ready to celebrate this lovely couple’s marriage. They were so hardcore, most of them even camped out behind the main house for the weekend. Everywhere you looked were rolling fields of grass, with horses and friendly dogs there to greet you along the way.

Brett and Alex’s wedding was intimate, relaxed, naturally beautiful in every way, and perfectly fitting for the two of them. We so enjoyed the ambiance, company, and overall experience. We are wishing the two of you nothing but joy in this next adventure of life. Marriage is a beautiful thing and we hope you find nothing but happiness. Thanks for having us. I hope you love your pictures forever!

I don’t currently offer any wedding photography packages, but I just couldn’t help sharing these photos. If you are interested in family, newborn, or another type of lifestyle photo session, then please reach out to me. I would love to chat more and send you a little welcome packet with some more information about booking a session!
